Which FAR clauses flow down to subcontracts?

Every Part 52 contract clause, scanned for a flowdown mandate in its own text · 13 explicit · 61 conditional · 408 with none found

There is no canonical government list of which FAR clauses flow down to subcontracts — the answer lives inside each clause's own text, one sentence at a time. So that is exactly what this table is: we scanned the full text of all 482 Part 52 contract clauses for insertion mandates ("shall include the substance of this clause… in all subcontracts") and quote the sentence we found. The quote is the citation. Where we found none, we say so — which is a statement about the clause's text, not a promise that nothing else (a prime's contract terms, an agency supplement, or another clause's list) reaches your subcontract.

How to read this: "Explicit" means the mandate sentence states no qualifying condition. "Conditional" means the mandate exists but is limited — by dollar threshold, subcontract type, or subject matter — and the quoted sentence states the condition. Click through to any clause for the full text and context, including clauses that are pushed into subcontracts by OTHER clauses (52.212-5(e) and 52.244-6(c) carry the commercial lists).
